  • I can't get my pre-paid SIM card/MODEM to work?
    • With pre-paid SIM cards and MODEMs, you will need tofirst activate them on your PC prior to plugging them into the Cradlepoint. Please see the instructions supplied with your MODEM and follow their instructions first. Once completed you may plug the MODEM into the Cradlepoint.
  • How do I update my firmware?
    • Please see the QuickStart Guide that came with your Cradlepoint device. Each device has a slightly different menu, although the procedure is the same for all Cradlepoints.
